Everyone offers a warranty, but you want a warranty you can trust. At Factory Direct, you get a written guarantee that says we’ll be here to stand behind our product. If another manufacturer offers a warranty that’s too good to be true, it probably is. An engine is a huge investment and if you’re talking to a shady online seller that has a warranty even they can’t understand, or they won’t even provide a written warranty, you may as well have no warranty at all.

We offer a variety of coverage explained in easy to understand terms to suit your needs. Try to find that at the shady online retailers!


Standard Limited Warranty:

 

  • Duration for private use vehicles: 3 years or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first)
  • Duration for commercial use vehicles: 18 months or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first)
  • Subject to factory analysis. Coverage only for manufacturing defects.

 

  • Covers the engine plus:
    • •Up to $50 per hour based on Motor AllData labor time guide (if originally installed at a licensed repair facility)

 

The standard limited warranty terms apply to all levels, but you can add additional coverage for extra expenses you may incur if a warranty occurs.

Premium Service Package Add-on: $150 [MOST POPULAR]

 

  • In addition to the Standard Limited Warranty, the terms below increase your coverage…
    • •Adds ‘NO FAULT’ coverage. Your warranty will be covered regardless of factory analysis, and even if the failure is not caused by a manufacturing defects
    • •Upgrades labor reimbursement to cover up to $80 per hour based on Motor AllData labor time guide (if originally installed at a licensed repair facility)
    • •Upgrades labor reimbursement to cover up to $25 per hour based on Motor AllData labor time guide (if originally DIY/self-installed)
    • •Adds reimbursement for towing charges (if needed) up to $100
    • •Adds reimbursement for car rental charges (if needed) up to $35 per day for a maximum of 10 days

Deluxe Service Package Add-on: $400

 

  • In addition to the Standard Limited Warranty, the terms below increase your coverage…
    • •Adds ‘NO FAULT’ coverage. Your warranty will be covered regardless of factory analysis, and even if the failure is not caused by a manufacturing defects
